1. Introduction

Welcome to the Village V Network (hereinafter "the Server"). By connecting to the Server, visiting our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Rules*. If you do not agree with any part of the Rules*, please do not register, play, or use our services.

Age Restriction: Our community aims to be suitable for a wide range of ages. However, the minimum age for playing on the Server depends on the digital consent laws in your country.

Affiliation: This website and Server are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Minecraft, Mojang, or Microsoft. All funds are used strictly for the development, hosting, and maintenance of the project. Our commercial activities comply with the official Minecraft Commercial Usage Guidelines.

Compliance: Ignorance of the Rules* does not exempt you from punishment.

2. Disclaimer & Official Channels

We are solely responsible for the domain villagev.com, its subdomains, and associated official email addresses. We have no control over, and assume no liability for, any other domains or communities that may resemble ours.

We are not responsible for the actions of third parties. Our only official platforms are:

All other groups, channels, or profiles claiming to represent us are unofficial.

3. Acceptance of Rules

By accessing our services, you automatically agree to the specific regulations governing each platform:

Website Usage: You agree to the Copyright and Content policies listed in these Terms.
Game Server: You agree to the Rules*.
Store: When purchasing any item, you agree to our Rules*.

4. Server Availability & Data

The Server and its Staff provide services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Data Loss: We are not responsible for any loss of data, inventory, build progress, or account stats, regardless of the cause (including technical failures, corruption, or griefing).

Uptime: We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Server. We are not liable for downtime, lag, or technical issues caused by our hosting provider or maintenance work.

Maintenance: We reserve the right to temporarily close the Server for maintenance without prior notice.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

We offer virtual currency "Rubies".

Refund Policy: All purchases are final. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that the digital content is provided immediately, and you waive any right to withdrawal or refund, except where required by law. Exceptions are made solely at the discretion of the Administration. If a refund is granted, administrative fees may be deducted.

Revocation: Upon a refund (if granted), all associated items, currency, and perks will be removed from your account.

Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or claim through a payment provider (e.g., Bank) is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in an immediate and permanent IP ban from the Server and all associated services. We reserve the right to share transaction details with payment processors to contest fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Moderation & User Rights

Punishments: Violating the Rules* may result in: Warnings, Mutes, Kicks, Temporary Bans, Permanent Bans, or IP Bans.

Discretion: The type and duration of punishment are at the sole discretion of the Staff. We reserve the right to remove any User who disrupts the community, even for reasons not explicitly listed in the Rules*.

Staff Conduct: Players, Partners, and Staff are prohibited from abusing their privileges for personal gain or to harm the project.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

7.1. Website and Code:
The Village V Network website is a custom-developed platform. All content, including but not limited to:

The underlying source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
Visual design, layout, and user interface;
Graphics and logos;

are the exclusive intellectual property of Village V Network. Unauthorized copying is strictly prohibited.

7.2. Server Assets:
The custom texture packs (resource packs), models, and in-game builds (lobbies, maps) used on our Server are the property of Village V Network.

7.3. Prohibited Actions:
You are strictly prohibited from:

Copying, cloning, or "ripping" our website's code or design.
Creating counterfeit versions or "clones" of our website or Server.
Distributing or reproducing our resource packs without written permission.
Using our assets for your own commercial projects.

8. Changes to Rules*

We reserve the right to update or modify the Rules* at any time. Significant changes will be announced via our website or Discord. Your continued use of the Server after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.
