Our server aims to be a community suitable for a wide range of ages. However, the minimum age for playing on the server depends on the Minecraft age limit in your country.

Ignorance of the rules* does not exempt you from punishment.

This website and server is not affiliated with Minecraft or Mojang. All funds are used for the development and support of the project. The project's commercial activities comply with Minecraft Usage Guidelines.

4) Server Availability

The server and its staff are not responsible for any loss of data or game progress, regardless of the cause. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the server and are not responsible for technical failures, downtime, or data loss caused by hosting. We reserve the right to temporarily close the server for maintenance without prior notice. We cannot guarantee that the server will always operate smoothly and without errors.

5) Refunds and Chargebacks

We offer virtual currency (called "emeralds") for purchase, which can be used to acquire digital items and services on our server.

Refund Policy: All purchases of virtual currency are final and are not eligible for a refund. We do not provide refunds for any virtual currency that has been used or spent. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of the server administration. If a refund is granted, it may be subject to deductions for payment processing fees. Upon a refund being issued, the corresponding virtual currency and any items acquired with it will be revoked from the player's account.

Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback or a payment dispute through a financial institution (such as a bank, credit card company) for any purchase will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your account(s) from our server and all associated services.

6) Moderation, User Content and Rights

Punishments on the server include: a warning; a temporary mute, ban, or IP-ban; or permanent mute, ban, or IP-ban. The type of punishment depends on the rule that was broken and the severity of the violation. If a punishment was issued improperly or without valid justification, please contact us.

Additionally we reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates our rules and to moderate chats and messages to maintain a friendly atmosphere on the server.

Players, partners, and project staff are strictly prohibited from using their permissions or privileges for personal gain or to harm the project.

The content created by us on this website, including text, design, and logos, is the property of Village V and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized copying of any content from this website is strictly prohibited. This website is built and hosted on the Google Sites platform; the platform's functionality is provided by Google and is subject to its own terms.
