Question: I want to appeal the punishment. How can I do this?

Answer: To do this, please contact us in Discord.

Question: What should I do if I have not received my product(s)?

Answer: If you have not received your product(s) within a few minutes, please contact us.

Question: Will there be support for connecting to the server from Bedrock Edition (Windows Edition)?

Answer: We do not plan to add support for Bedrock Edition. We recommend download a dedicated launcher to run Java Edition on your phone/tablet.

Question: Do you support payment methods other than PayPal?

Answer: No, we currently do not support other payment methods.

Question: Where can I find the website/server version?

Answer: The website version is displayed at the bottom left corner of the website in yellow text. You can find the server version in the servers selection menu on the server itself. 

Question: From which version I can join to the server?

Answer: Previously, we supported versions starting from 1.7.2 and higher. However, for the stability and security of the server, you can now join only from version 1.21.9 and higher. This change also enables support for newer features.
